Our Strategic Business Planning Workshop is offered over a 2-day period, or tailor-made to client needs.  The workshop focuses on introducing and explaining in detail the principals of strategic planning, facilitation of the actual strategic planning process, and the formulation of strategies, high level projects, methods of measurement and outcomes aimed at the eventual drafting and implementation of a strategic planning framework.
